Song of the Blastocyst

This goes out to Lisa "Trixie" Mossie, defender of laboratory-Americans:

The BLA Anthem

I ain't got no body
Nobody cares for me, nobody, nobody cares for me
I'm so sad and lonely
Sad and lonely, sad and lonely
Won't some sweet mama come and take a chance with me
Cuz I ain't so bad
Sad and lonesome all the time
Even on the beat, on the, on the beat
I ain't got no body
Nobody cares for me, nobody, nobody

Really ain't got nobody, sad and lonesome
Baby need love

MontcoPA Dem- Just wanted to thank you for taking note on Stan Huskey's Blog about my private emails being broadcast on the blog....and yes, I am hoppin' mad about it. Here's how it happened. In August of '07 I emailed ZeeAnn Mason of the ARC and asked if they had anyone in mind to be the buyer for the proprsed gift shop inside the ARC museum and if not, could I forward her my resume? I went on to list the types of things I was interested in seeing in the shop as well as encouraging opportunities to showcase Pennsylvania craftspeople who make 18th century reproductions. She replied that they weren't at that stage yet but thanked me for my interest and stated that we were on the same wavelength as to what they would like to see. She also informed me about a township meeting that was coming up in Sept. regarding approval of the ordinance for the ARC. I said I would attend the meeting and express my support for the ARC. In an effort to show then supporter of the ARC, Supervisor Rick Brown, that there were others in the township who were supportive of the ARC, she forwarded him my email. Mr. Brown suddenly changed his view of the ARC a few days later ( something about a covenant he wanted to run with the land) and decided to email my email that was sent to him as a sitting township Supervisor, to several residents who he thought would find it "interesting". As time went on, I started being harassed by these residents and even some of my Democratic friends were questioning my intentions. The whole thing got blown way out of proportion and I had to threaten a slander suit against Joe Ferraro ( AKA Joe The Nerd) and Rick Brown so that they would stop all the nonsense. I still feel like it was completely inappropriate for a sitting Supervisor to distribute a private citizen's email to people that had no business reading it. I'm doing my best to stay above the fray but they certainly do make things difficult. Either way, I still support the ARC and think it's the best thing to come to LP Township in a long time. Thanks again. I did respond to your question on Stan's Blog but of course, he didn't print it. Maybe because I implicated a township official doing something wrong? Keep up the good Democratic blogging!
